Johanna Hignett, Nutrition Consultant (RNutr, RD, MBDA), is a highly experienced nutritionist with over 20 years experience working primarily as a nutritionist in the food industry, as Head of Nutrition Science and Communication for Nestle UK before setting up Nourish Consulting over ten years ago.
Since qualifying as a Registered Dietitian, Angie Jefferson BSc (Hons), RD, RPHNutr, MBDA, has researched, written and discussed with consumers and health professionals almost every aspect of diet and health. Her overriding aim is to deliver simple positive messages for optimal nutrition within a healthy lifestyle.
Duane Mellor, BSc (Hons), PhD, RD, RNutr, MBDA is a Senior Lecturer at Coventry University. He has worked as an academic and dietitian in the UK and has recently returned from Australia where he led the Nutrition and Dietetics department at University of Canberra. He is passionate about the science behind nutrition claims.
